When we do business with you our aim is to make sure you go away happy and tell all your friends how good the service and products are that we provide. However we are human and on rare occasions we may make a mistake. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service then please tell us and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
However, like all businesses we do lay out our trading terms in a formal contractual document and you can see that document here - Small and Quiet Conditions of Contract. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat to read this document.
