When we do business with you our aim is to make sure you go away happy and tell all your friends how good the service and products are that we provide. However we are human and on rare occasions we may make a mistake. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service then please tell us and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

We do retain information about your orders so that we can continue to provide relevant support , however this does not include any payment information and it is never placed on internet facing systems.
